Our Code of Ethics contains general guidelines for conducting business with the highest standards of ethics and compliance. The HJF Code of Ethics, HJF’s policies, HJF’s values, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws together make up the standard of conduct for HJF, and its employees, customers, and suppliers.
HJF is committed to an environment where open, honest communication is the expectation, not the exception. We want you to feel comfortable in approaching your supervisor or management in instances where you believe violations of the standard of conduct have occurred or when situations arise where you need additional guidance.
If you believe your efforts have been unsuccessful, or if raising your concerns or seeking guidance in this way makes you uncomfortable, you may contact the HJF Ethics Hotline. HJF has implemented an Ethics Hotline reporting system called EthicsPoint, that is hosted by a third-party provider which specializes in ethics and compliance professional services. You may use EthicsPoint to submit reports related to concerns about violations of HJF’s Code of Ethics, as well as to ask for general guidance on situations you are encountering or witnessing at HJF that you feel may be an ethics issue. When you make a report through the HJF Ethics Hotline, you have the option to provide your name or remain anonymous.
EthicsPoint will send the information you provide directly to HJF’s Ethics & Compliance team on a confidential and anonymous basis if you should choose – you are not required to provide your name, email address, or phone number when making a report to the HJF Ethics Hotline.

To Make a Report

After you complete your report you will be provided a unique code called a "report key." Write down your report key and password and keep them in a safe place. After 24 hours, you may use your report key and password to check your report for feedback or follow-up questions for the reporter to answer.
